The artistry of Atlanta’s Constellations shines through vocalist Elijah Jones—a charismatic mouthpiece who infuses the band’s songs with a weighty jolt that can keep you moving till first light. His energetic force is supported by the harmonies and instrumentation of seven bandmates, bringing together a circus of sorts that Spin magazine called one of the 50 must-hear bands at this year’s South by Southwest Music & Media Conference. Their debut album, Southern Gothic, is a collection of strange, energetic indie-pop songs that form a soundtrack to a long night in A-town, chocked full of mayhem, mischief and merriment.
